MPS's main purpose is to work towards the redevelopment of Montserrat.  As a Foundation CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation), it will be governed by its Constitution, run by up to 11 Trustees, and be able to operate as a business solely for the benefit of the whole Montserrat community above all individual interests. Its brand is high level of regulation, accountability, openness, inclusivity, fairness and the common good above all individual interests.
